The project spans over 42 acres of land and is located in the R7 district of the New Capital. It is strategically located near the central business district and is easily accessible from major highways and roads.

The development will consist of commercial, residential, and entertainment facilities. The commercial component of the project will include office spaces, retail outlets, and a business hotel. The residential component will consist of luxury apartments and duplexes. The entertainment facilities will include a cinema complex, a sports club, and a children's play area.

The project will also feature a central park, a water feature, and landscaped gardens. The design of the project is inspired by the Nile River and will incorporate elements of Egyptian architecture and culture.

The project is expected to be completed in phases, with the first phase scheduled for completion in 2023. The total investment for the project is estimated to be around $1 billion.
