Compound Nile Business City is a new development project located in the New Capital of Egypt. The project is a joint venture between Emaar Misr and the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, and will be the first of its kind in the country. The project will feature a wide range of residential and commercial units, including apartments, townhouses, villas, and offices. The development will also include a shopping mall, a business park, a hotel and a convention center. The project is expected to be completed in 2021 and will be the largest and most luxurious development project in the New Capital.
