Nile Business City (NBC) is a new business and residential district located in New Capital, Egypt. The project is being developed by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) and is set to become one of the largest business and residential hubs in the region.

The project is located on a total area of 6,500,000 square meters and will include a variety of residential, commercial, and recreational facilities. The project is expected to create more than 20,000 jobs in the region and will be home to an estimated population of over 200,000 people.
