Narges 4 New Cairo is a residential development project in the New Cairo suburb of Cairo, Egypt. Located on the Suez Road, it is part of a major expansion of the New Cairo region and one of the largest construction projects in the area.
Narges 4 New Cairo covers a total area of 1,190,000 square meters and will contain over 4,000 housing units. It is being developed by El Arab Contracting Company and is scheduled to be finished in 2021. The project will feature a range of housing options, including villas and apartments, as well as retail outlets, restaurants, and other amenities.
The Narges 4 development is divided into four distinct areas. The first area consists of 632 housing units and includes a variety of amenities such as swimming pools, community centers, gyms, parks, and community services. The second area consists of 401 villas and apartment buildings and includes a range of amenities such as sports facilities, a clubhouse, food courts, and retail stores. The third area consists of low-income housing for up to 2,000 people, while the fourth and final area consists of offices and commercial spaces.
