Nakheel is set to develop a new residential community in New Cairo, Egypt, following a partnership with the country’s Ministry of Housing.
Located on the southeastern edge of Cairo, the gated community will be developed over a nine-year period in partnership with the Ministry of Housing, and will feature 5,000 homes.
