Nile Business City: A New Hub of Business and Investment in New Capital Egypt

The New Administrative Capital of Egypt has been in development since its conception in 2015, with its construction and infrastructure projects progressing rapidly. Other buildings in the first phase will include a conference center, a business incubator, and a small shopping center.

The second phase of the project will involve the construction of additional administrative buildings, a convention center, and further hotels and residential buildings. The third and final phase will involve the development of a vast open-air park that will cover an area of 35 hectares.

The project aims to attract international investors and businesses to the New Capital, with the Egyptian government offering incentives such as tax exemptions and simplified registration procedures to attract foreign direct investment. The project's strategic location in the New Capital, as well as its state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities, make it an attractive investment opportunity for domestic and foreign investors alike.
