Nile Business City: A New Hub of Business and Investment in New Capital Egypt

The New Administrative Capital of Egypt has been in development since its conception in 2015, with its construction and infrastructure projects progressing rapidly. As part of its vision to create a modern metropolis on the outskirts of Cairo, the Egyptian government has prioritized developing the city's commercial and economic sectors.

Nile Business City, a new development situated in the heart of the New Capital's financial district, is set to become one of the most significant business hubs in Egypt. The project is being developed by the government-owned New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) and is set to become a landmark of the New Capital.

The project will cover an area of 50 acres, with a total built-up area of 1.5 million square meters. It will feature a mix of commercial, administrative, and residential buildings, including offices, shopping centers, hotels, and residential apartments. The development is planned to accommodate around 80,000 employees, and its location at the heart of the New Capital's financial district ensures that the project will be ideally situated for business and investment.

The project is being developed in three phases, with the first phase aiming to be completed by 2022. The first phase includes the construction of 17 commercial and administrative buildings, including a 300-meter-high tower that will become the tallest building in Africa. The tower will feature high-end offices, observation decks, a hotel, and a luxury shopping mall. Other buildings in the first phase will include a conference center, a business incubator, and a small shopping center.

The second phase of the project will involve the construction of additional administrative buildings, a convention center, and further hotels and residential buildings. The third and final phase will involve the development of a vast open-air park that will cover an area of 35 hectares.

The project aims to attract international investors and businesses to the New Capital, with the Egyptian government offering incentives such as tax exemptions and simplified registration procedures to attract foreign direct investment. The project's strategic location in the New Capital, as well as its state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities, make it an attractive investment opportunity for domestic and foreign investors alike.

Nile Business City is set to become a new landmark in the New Capital of Egypt and a hub of business and investment. Its ambitious scope and strategic location provide a platform for Egypt to showcase itself as an investment destination, while also contributing to the city's economic growth and modernization.
