Monorail Tower is a new iconic tower located in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) of Egypt. The tower is set to become one of the tallest buildings in Africa with a height of 200 meters and a total area of 33,000 square meters.

The tower's unique design is inspired by the concept of a monorail train and features a twisting structure with a series of twisted, diamond-shaped floors. It will consist of a mix of commercial, retail, and entertainment spaces, with a luxury hotel occupying the top floors.

Monorail Tower is also set to become the first eco-friendly tower in the NAC, with a focus on energy-saving and environmental sustainability. It will feature a unique façade that includes solar panels, which will provide energy for the tower's electricity needs.

The tower is being developed by the New Urban Communities Authority and is expected to be completed by 2022. It is expected to play a significant role in the development of the New Capital city and attract investors, tourists, and business owners from all over the world.
