Mivida is a mixed-use real estate development located in the city of New Cairo, Egypt. The project is set to be one of the largest sustainable mixed-use developments in Egypt. Mivida encompasses both residential and commercial properties, as well as educational, healthcare, and entertainment facilities.

Mivida was launched by Emaar Misr, a subsidiary of Dubai-based Emaar Properties, in 2016. The project is currently under construction and spans over 300 hectares of land. Upon completion, it will feature both independent villas and townhomes in a variety of sizes, as well as apartments and penthouses in high-rise buildings.
