The name "Maspero Business Tower" is given to a building located in the downtown area of Cairo, and it is a real estate project that was implemented by the Egyptian "City Edge" real estate company. The building was inaugurated in 2011 and consists of three tall towers, ranging in height from 21 to 45 floors, occupying a total area of 130,000 square metres, making it one of the largest commercial buildings in Egypt.

Maspero Business Tower was designed by international engineers with high technological specifications to meet the needs of businesses and commercial offices such as modern communications, central air conditioning, smart lighting system, security and safety.
