Maspero Business Tower, located in Down Town Egypt, is a state-of-the-art, multi-purpose building that has become an iconic landmark in Cairo's central business district. Completed in 2011, it is one of the tallest buildings in Egypt, with a total height of 170 meters and 40 floors.
The tower was developed by the Egyptian Media Production City (EMPC), one of Egypt's largest media corporations, with the aim of providing a modern and efficient space for businesses and organizations to operate. It was named after the adjacent Maspero Triangle, which is an area in central Cairo that is home to several government offices and media organizations.
The Maspero Business Tower offers office space, conference facilities, retail spaces, and luxury apartments. The tower's design incorporates advanced technology and sustainable features, making it environmentally friendly and energy-efficient. It features a unique architectural design, with a curved façade made of reflective glass that offers stunning panoramic views of the Nile and the city of Cairo.
