Marassi North Coast is a large-scale residential and tourism project located along the Mediterranean Sea in Egypt. The project is being developed by Emaar Misr, a subsidiary of the Dubai-based Emaar Properties.
The project is located on a stretch of 2,500 acres of land along the Mediterranean Sea in the city of Marsa Matrouh in northern Egypt. It will feature a variety of residential, commercial and leisure facilities, including a marina, a golf course, and a beach club. The project will also feature a shopping mall, a spa, and a range of restaurants and cafes.
Marassi North Coast is expected to attract tourists from around the world, as well as local and international businesses. The project is part of a larger plan to develop the North Coast of Egypt into a major tourist destination. The project is expected to create over 40,000 jobs in the region and generate an estimated US$5.5 billion in investment.
