The development will feature a range of residential, retail, and leisure facilities, as well as a championship golf course. The beachfront will offer a range of water sports, including sailing, fishing, and diving. The resort will also feature a variety of restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues. The development is due to be completed in 2021.
