Marassi Emaar North Coast is a mixed-use development located in the North Coast of Egypt. It is a part of the larger Marassi development, which is being developed by Emaar Properties. The project is spread across a total area of 1.45 million square meters and will feature a range of residential, commercial and leisure components. The residential component of the project will offer a selection of villas, townhouses and apartments, while the commercial component will include retail and dining options. The leisure component of the project will feature a beach club, marina, golf course and other recreational amenities. The project is expected to be completed by 2021.
