Madinaty New Cairo is a large-scale residential and commercial development located in the New Cairo area of Egypt. Developed by Talaat Moustafa Group, the project is set to become one of the most important and largest residential compounds in the country.

The compound is set on a sprawling 2,000-acre site, and is expected to provide housing for over 100,000 people upon completion. It will feature a variety of residential, commercial, and recreational facilities, including a shopping mall, a golf course, and a range of entertainment and leisure activities.
