Madinaty New Cairo is a new urban development located in the New Cairo suburb of Cairo, Egypt. The project was launched in 2007 by Emaar Misr, a subsidiary of the Dubai-based real estate developer Emaar Properties. It is planned to be a self-contained city with residential, commercial, and leisure facilities, as well as a range of other amenities.

Madinaty New Cairo is located on a 2,000-acre plot of land, which is situated between the Cairo-Suez and Cairo-Ismailia motorways. It is located 35 kilometers from downtown Cairo and is accessible via the Cairo-Suez highway. The development is expected to have a total of 25,000 residential units, including villas, townhouses, and apartments. The units will be spread across a range of different neighborhoods, each with its own unique character and amenities.

The development will also feature a range of commercial and leisure facilities. These include a shopping mall, entertainment venues, a golf course, a theme park, and a range of other attractions. The development will also have its own medical center, schools, and other necessary services.

The project is expected to be completed by 2020. Once completed, it is expected to be a major residential and commercial hub in the region. It is also expected to be a major tourist destination, with its close proximity to the Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx.
