La Vista City New Capital Egypt is a large-scale urban development project located in the El Shorouk district of Cairo, Egypt. It is being developed by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) and is expected to be the new administrative capital of Egypt. The project is estimated to cost $45 billion and will cover an area of 70,000 acres. It is planned to include a new international airport, a financial district, a central business district, a medical district, a technology park, an educational district, and a residential district. It is also planned to include a theme park, a sports complex, a convention center, and a variety of other recreational facilities. The project is expected to be completed by 2022.
