La Vista City is a New Capital city in Egypt that is being built to replace Cairo as the country's capital. The city is located on the east bank of the River Nile, about 45 kilometers (28 miles) east of Cairo. It is being developed by the Egyptian government in partnership with a number of international companies, including the Chinese construction firm China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC).

The project is estimated to cost around $45 billion and is expected to be completed by 2022. It will cover an area of about 700 square kilometers (270 square miles). The city is designed to be a modern, green, and sustainable city, with a focus on providing high quality public services and infrastructure. It will include public transportation, healthcare, education, and other amenities.

The city will be divided into four zones: the Central Business District, the Residential District, the Technology Park, and the Green Zone. The Central Business District will be the heart of the city, and will feature commercial and cultural sites such as the Egyptian Museum, the National Library, and the Supreme Court. The Residential District will be the home of the majority of the city’s residents, and will feature parks, schools, and other amenities. The Technology Park will be the center for research and development, and will include universities, research centers, and technology companies. The Green Zone will be a protected area, with parks and gardens.

The city is expected to create 1.5 million jobs, and is expected to attract more than 6 million visitors each year. The project is expected to have a positive economic impact on Egypt, and is seen as a major step towards modernizing the country.
