Karmell New Zayed is a city in the Ismailia Governorate of Egypt, located in the northeastern part of the country. It is situated on the east bank of the Suez Canal. It is the administrative center of the Karmell New Zayed District.

The city was established in the late 1960s as a result of the Suez Canal expansion project. It was initially named New Zayed, but was later changed to Karmell New Zayed in honor of the late Egyptian president, Anwar Sadat. The city has since become an important industrial center in the region, with a large number of factories and industrial plants.
