Kanyon Tower New Capital Egypt is a mixed-use tower located in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt. It is the country's first free zone and a new landmark in the world's most populous Arab nation.

The Kanyon Tower comprises 690,000 square feet and features 20 storeys of office space, as well as retail outlets and restaurants. The tower is one of the tallest structures in the New Administrative Capital and is the first phase of the Kanyon Towers development. The construction of the tower was completed in 2020.

The tower is designed by award-winning architectural firm, ADARP (Arabian Design Architecture Partnership). It has been conceived as a ‘gateway’ to the international village at the heart of the New Administrative Capital. The tower includes conference and meeting rooms, a fitness studio, co-working spaces, and a smart mall.

The tower is part of the larger Kanyon Towers development which also includes two other towers, two residential towers and a shopping mall. The development is designed around an urban plaza that will host open-air concerts and other events.
