Kanyon Tower New Capital Egypt is a commercial office tower located in the new administrative capital of Egypt. The tower is part of the upcoming integrated city project in the new administrative capital and stands at a height of 140m, making it the tallest building in the new administrative capital. The tower was designed by architectural firm SOM, to reflect the modern landscape of the rapidly developing new capital. It features an elegant curvilinear form with a glass façade that maximizes views of Cairo's skylines. The tower is sustainable and energy efficient with several rooftop gardens that take advantage of natural sunlight and ventilation. The tower is made up of 44 storeys and 27 lifts, with each storey having an average of 1,000 square meters of usable floor space. Kanyon Tower also has over 6,000 square meters of open terrace areas perfect for corporate events, meetings, and social gatherings. The building also features a 3,500 square meter shopping mall, restaurants, cafes, and entertainment facilities for people to enjoy. Kanyon Tower is the first and only commercial building in the new capital, and a symbol of modern development for Egypt and its future.
