Kanyon Tower New Capital Egypt is a new high-rise development in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt, located on the banks of the River Nile, between Cairo and El Gouna. The tower will be distinguished by its elegant design, with a 55 storeys featuring both workspaces and residences that will offer unrivaled vistas of the city and beyond.

Designed by award-winning architectural firm Foster + Partners, Kanyon Tower is intended to be an iconic part of the modern Egyptian skyline. Its shape is inspired by the nearby pyramids, with an upper section that gradually tapers inwards as it rises, creating an eye-catching silhouette. The ground level of the building is designed to interact with the surrounding landscape, incorporating landscaped gardens, water features and a large plaza to welcome visitors.

Inside, the building features a wide variety of facilities for residents and business occupants. The office space is spread across two wings and includes a range of modern amenities such as meeting rooms, boardrooms, a cafeteria and even a hotel. The residential units meanwhile offer spacious layouts, fitted kitchens, and luxuriously appointed bathrooms and bedrooms.

The tower tops out at over 200 meters in height, making it one of the tallest structures in Egypt. It's also the first major development to be added to the New Administrative Capital, demonstrating the country's commitment to becoming a major international hub in the coming years.

The tower is set to open to the public in 2021, setting a new standard for luxury living in Egypt. With its spectacular design and world-class facilities, it will be a major landmark in the cityscape of the New Administrative Capital.
