DMP New Capital Egypt recently unveiled their plans for Kanyon Tower, a 40-story mixed-use development in Cairo’s New Administrative Capital. The tower will include a hotel, residential apartments, retail space, and offices, as well as a swimming pool and terrace. The building is designed by German architecture firm Minifie van Schaik, who specialize in sustainable and vibrant urban environments. Kanyon Tower is expected to become a landmark in the New Administrative Capital, and will feature a striking, curved facade, with a distinctive chevron-shaped form that will create an eye-catching skyline. The building is set to provide a diverse range of amenities and services, with a variety of leisure and retail spaces, as well as a gym, spa, and a rooftop bar. The tower is expected to be an important part of the city’s new skyline, and will be a key part of the overall development of the New Administrative Capital.
