The Joulz Cairo Alexandria Desert Road (JCADR) is a major road in Egypt that connects the city of Cairo with the coastal city of Alexandria. The road is approximately 180 kilometers (112 miles) in length, and traverses a wide variety of terrain, including deserts, mountains, and agricultural land.

The JCADR was constructed in the early 2000s, and opened to traffic in 2004. It is one of the most important roads in the country, connecting the two largest cities in Egypt, and providing access to the Mediterranean Sea. The road is divided into two sections: the Cairo-Giza section, and the Giza-Alexandria section.

The Cairo-Giza section is approximately 90 kilometers (56 miles) in length, and traverses the Giza Plateau, an area of desert and rocky terrain. This section of the road is also home to the Great Pyramid of Giza, the only surviving ancient wonder of the world.

The Giza-Alexandria section is approximately 90 kilometers (56 miles) in length, and passes through the desert and agricultural land of the western Delta region. This section of the road is home to several important archaeological sites, including the ruins of the ancient city of Memphis, and the Temple of Amun at Siwa Oasis.

The JCADR is an important economic link between Cairo and Alexandria, and is heavily used by both passenger and freight traffic. The road is also popular with tourists, as it offers stunning views of the desert and the Mediterranean Sea.
