IL BOSCO City Mostakbal City is a new city in Egypt located in the western part of Cairo, south of 6th of October City. Developed as a "smart" city, IL BOSCO City Mostakbal City is intended to be an urban center for technology, business and culture. It is being constructed on an area of 430 acres and will include residential areas, offices, green spaces, a shopping center and an industrial park. The city will also feature a public transportation system, modern infrastructure, high-tech schools and universities, and medical facilities. IL BOSCO City Mostakbal City is being developed in partnership with the Egyptian government and leading developers in the real estate sector. Once complete, it will provide thousands of housing units and jobs for the growing population in and around Cairo. Additionally, the city is projected to contribute to the country’s economy by providing significant revenues in taxes, tourism, and employment.
