ICity is a new and innovative mixed-use development located in 6 October City, Egypt. The project is a joint venture between the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, the Arab Contractors Company and the Orascom Group.

The project is a master-planned, self-contained community that will feature a variety of residential, commercial and leisure components. The residential component will include a mix of villas, apartments, townhouses and duplexes. The commercial component will include a large shopping mall, a commercial office district, and a business park.
