iCity New Cairo is a large, mixed-use development located in the South-East of Cairo, Egypt. Developed and owned by Arab Investments for Economic Development, iCity New Cairo is a district with a focus on innovative architecture, sustainable living, and smart urbanism.

The project includes 3 distinct an Eco-Residential area, an Eco-Commercial area, and an Eco-Entertainment area. The Eco-Residential area features high-end residential villas, townhouses, and apartments, as well as a selection of mixed-use and retail buildings.
