Egypt's new administrative capital, located between Cairo and the Suez Canal, is set to receive a new shopping mall. Dubbed Hub 88 Mall, the development aims to become a modern lifestyle destination with a focus on entertainment and leisure.

Developed by Madaar Development, Hub 88 Mall will be located in the Downtown district, which is set to become the city's commercial hub. The district will be home to several government buildings and commercial towers, as well as a variety of dining and shopping options.

The mall itself will cover 65,000 square meters over four floors and will feature more than 200 shops, as well as a cinema complex, food court, and family entertainment center. The developer claims that Hub 88 Mall will be the largest mall in the New Capital.

The mall's design is inspired by natural elements, such as water and greenery, and will feature large skylights to allow natural light to enter the space. The developer also promises state-of-the-art technology and amenities, such as free Wi-Fi throughout the mall and smart car parking.

Madaar Development has also announced that it will implement strict health and safety protocols in the mall, such as regular sanitization and temperature checks, to ensure the safety of visitors and employees.

The construction of Hub 88 Mall is expected to be completed by the end of 2021, with the mall set to open its doors to the public in early 2022.

The New Capital is part of Egypt's plan to develop urban areas outside of the crowded capital, Cairo. It is expected to house up to 6.5 million people and will feature various amenities, such as government buildings, universities, and hospitals, as well as cultural and entertainment venues.

With the addition of Hub 88 Mall, the New Capital will have a new shopping destination that caters to the modern lifestyle needs of its residents and visitors.
