Haven Business Tower New Capital is a new high-rise commercial building located in the city of New Capital, Egypt. It is part of the larger Haven Business Complex and is currently under construction with a planned completion date of 2020. It is located adjacent to the world-renowned Suez Canal and is part of the EMAAR Misr development project. It is a 28-storey tower with an area of 30,000 square meters, the largest of its kind in the region. The tower is designed with a range of office spaces, retail outlets, banking facilities, meeting areas, and public plazas. Its developers hope that the Haven Business Tower will become a hub for business in the region as well as an important center for international trade and business. The building will also feature a high-end hotel, multiple restaurants, and a state-of-the-art gym, among other amenities.
