Haven Business Tower is a high-rise office building located in New Capital Egypt. It was designed to accommodate the government offices and multinational companies, providing amenities such as conference rooms, recreational spaces, a shopping mall and food outlets. The tower stands at a height of 286 meters and has 57 floors. It is the tallest building in Egypt and the Middle East, and the tallest in Africa as well. The building features an iconic “H” shape that is visible from far away. It has received several awards, including a LEED Gold rating for its sustainable features, such as its use of solar energy, rainwater harvesting, recyclable materials and smart technologies. Inside the tower, there is a helipad, a gym, meeting rooms and cafeterias. Other features include an amphitheater, bicycle storage and charging points for electric vehicles. There is also an observation deck from which to enjoy panoramic views of Cairo's skyline.
