Haptown Mostakbal City is a new residential development located in the north-eastern region of Cairo, Egypt. The development is the largest of its kind in the region and is expected to be a major hub for economic and social activity in the region.

The development is being built on a 5.5 million square metre plot of land and is expected to house up to 250,000 people. It will include residential, commercial and recreational facilities, as well as a number of educational and medical institutions.
