Haptown Mostakbal City is a planned city currently under construction in Egypt, located on the outskirts of Cairo, built by the Arab Urban Development and Real Estate Investment Company. The city will have an area of approximately 20,000 acres and aims to be a model for sustainable living and smart cities.

The city will be divided into four main residential, health and education, trade and finance, and leisure and recreation. It will feature a range of modern amenities including parks, golf courses, supermarkets, hospitals, schools and universities, conference centers, and shopping malls. Haptown Mostakbal is also expected to become a large business center and provide jobs to over 500,000 people.

The city will benefit from improved infrastructure with major roads connecting it to central Cairo, as well as three main highways leading to other parts of the country - the Alexandria Desert Highway, the Cairo-Alexandria Highway, and the Cairo-Ismailia Road. There will also be two new train lines connecting to downtown Cairo, giving those living there more options for commuting.

The master plan for Haptown Mostakbal City was designed by global engineering firm AECOM, taking into account considerations such as water
