The Glouvre Side Business Tower is a proposed skyscraper in the New Capital City of Egypt. The tower is projected to rise 250 meters (820 feet), with a total construction cost of $200 million. It will have an area of 65,000 square meters (700,000 square feet), and will be composed of office space, luxury residential apartments, a five-star hotel, retail stores and food and beverage outlets. The tower will also house the region’s largest shopping centre. The planned skyscraper will be located close to the new government district, which is the largest project in the country. The tower is expected to be completed by 2021. The Glouvre Side Business Tower is part of a larger development plan that includes many other towers and buildings. The tower will add to the growing skyline of the New Capital, while providing jobs and boosting the economy of Egypt.
