The building is a magnificent 8-story structure boasting a massive glass-and-steel facade and cutting-edge sustainable design that uses natural resources such as rainwater harvesting, photovoltaic systems, and innovative interior design that minimizes energy consumption and supports environmental sustainability. Inside, the building has been designed to house up to 40,000 employees and offer them modern amenities. Its grand entrance is a 60-meter high lobby and it includes a club lounge, retail outlets, cafeterias, and other facilities for recreational and leisure activities. In addition, the development comprises an office complex accommodating over 15,000 people, with state-of-the-art facilities, an integrated communication network, and services that meet international standards. The tower is part of the wider construction rejuvenation plans of the New Capital, intended to transform the city into a vibrant center of technology and public services. The building is also positioned to stimulate economic growth and create jobs in the region.
