El Patio is a multi-disciplinary cultural centre in Egypt. Located in the heart of Cairo, it was founded in 2012 by a group of activists and independent creatives. Aimed at promoting freedom of expression and artistic creativity, the centre has hosted a number of events such as workshops, film screenings, music performances, art exhibitions, and talks by local and international artists.

El Patio also offers a range of online services such as live streaming, online workshops, and virtual exhibitions. As part of its mission to foster an inclusive and tolerant environment, the centre has been actively involved in numerous projects on human rights, education, and youth empowerment. El Patio is also home to various artistic initiatives such as the Words & Music residency program, the Arts and Health festival, and the Yehya Institute for Art & Design. It serves as a platform for individuals to express themselves, experiment, and discover their unique identities.
