The tower is situated on an area of 6 acres and is currently the tallest building in Egypt, standing at 204 meters (669 feet) tall. Eins Tower is part of the New Capital City project, a major development underway in Cairo to create a new, sustainable satellite city.

The tower was developed by the UAE-based Emaar Properties, who also led the construction of Burj Khalifa in Dubai. The tower's design is based on natural elements, featuring a shape that is inspired by the shape of river waves. The tower's façade is also covered with fins that resemble a field of sunflowers, making it unique among the other skyscrapers in the city.

The tower consists of 47 floors, and includes luxury apartments, offices, and a shopping centre.
