The hotel tower will have a total area of 85,000 square meters and will feature 500 rooms, restaurants, and a spa.
The Double Two Tower will be located in the heart of the New Administrative Capital, which is a new city being built to alleviate congestion in Cairo. The city is being developed as a smart city, with advanced infrastructure and technology. The New Administrative Capital is expected to become the new administrative and financial capital of Egypt, with government buildings, embassies, and international companies relocating to the city.
