Double Two Tower is one of the tallest skyscrapers in New Capital City, Egypt. Located in the northeast corner of the New Capital, the tower stands at an impressive 348 meters (1,145 feet) and houses 49 floors. Built to provide a modern living experience, it is the largest residential building in the city. The tower includes commercial shops, fine-dining restaurants, recreational facilities, and residential apartments. The building was designed by architectural firm Atkins and construction began in 2019.

The structure of the building utilizes a mixture of steel frames and reinforced concrete cores to create a modern aesthetic. The iconic two towers are joined in a central courtyard that provides access to elevators, stairwells, and other amenities. The lobby of the building has been designed to maximize natural light, while the exterior of the building is covered in reflective aluminum panels.
