The Double Two Tower New Capital Egypt is a skyscraper complex located in East Cairo, Egypt. The complex consists of two main skyscrapers, each reaching a height of 212 meters (695 feet). It is the tallest building in New Capital City and one of the tallest buildings in Egypt. The towers are connected by a sky bridge on the 44th floor.
The two towers are constructed out of glass and steel, giving them a modern, sleek look. The tower was designed by Atkins, a renowned architecture firm based in London. The towers feature a number of amenities, including leisure centers, retail stores, a sky-view restaurant, and an observation deck.
Construction of the complex began in 2018 and was completed in 2021. In order to save energy, the towers feature double glazing, LED lighting, solar panels, and a rainwater harvesting system. The complex also has a smart parking system that helps manage capacity in the area.
