Double Two Tower is a new project that is being developed in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt. The tower is set to be one of the tallest buildings in Africa, standing at a height of 385 meters. The project is being developed by the Double Two for Real Estate Development Company, which is a subsidiary of the Saudi Arabian Al Murjan Group.
The tower will be located in the heart of the New Capital's Central Business District and will be a mixed-use development, featuring luxury apartments, office space, and retail outlets. The tower will have a total of 90 floors, with the first 20 floors dedicated to retail and office space, and the remaining floors dedicated to residential apartments.
The tower's design is inspired by the shape of the lotus flower, which is a symbol of rebirth and renewal in Egyptian culture. The tower's exterior will be covered in a glass curtain wall, which will reflect the surrounding landscape and give the tower a shimmering appearance.
The tower's interior will feature high-end finishes and amenities, including a spa, gym, swimming pool, and a sky lounge. The residential apartments will range in size from one to four bedrooms and will offer panoramic views of the city.
