Double Two Tower is a new development project located in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt. The tower is a joint venture between two Egyptian companies, the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) and the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD).

The tower will have 1,000 residential units, ranging from one to three-bedroom apartments. The tower will also have a five-star hotel with 200 rooms, a shopping mall, and office spaces. The tower will have a total of 2,000 parking spaces.

The Double Two Tower is designed by the renowned architecture firm, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM). SOM is known for designing some of the world's most iconic buildings, including the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, the Willis Tower in Chicago, and the One World Trade Center in New York.

The tower will have a unique design that combines modern and traditional elements. The tower's façade will be made of glass and metal panels, and it will
