Double Two Tower is a new development project located in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt. The tower is set to become one of the most iconic landmarks in the city, with its unique design and state-of-the-art facilities.
The Double Two Tower is a two-tower complex, with one tower being 36 floors and the other being 20 floors. The towers will be connected by a sky bridge, which will offer stunning views of the city. The towers will be home to a mix of residential and commercial spaces, including offices, retail spaces, and luxury apartments.
The Double Two Tower is being developed by Double Two Development, a subsidiary of the Saudi Arabian company, Al Murjan Group. The project is being designed by the renowned architectural firm, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), who have designed some of the world's most iconic buildings, including the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and the One World Trade Center in New York City.
The tower's design is inspired by the shape of the Egyptian lotus flower, which is a symbol of rebirth and regeneration. The towers will be covered in a shimmering glass façade, which will reflect the surrounding landscape and create a stunning visual effect.
