Diamond Tower New Capital is a new residential development located in the heart of the New Capital, Egypt. The development is being built by the leading real estate developer, Diamond Developers. The project is located in the East of the New Capital, close to the American University in Cairo and other universities, as well as being near to the New Administrative Capital and the New Cairo. The project consists of two towers with a total of 715 residential units ranging from studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments. The project also features a range of amenities and facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, spa, sauna, and a shopping mall. The project is expected to be completed in 2021.
