The Central Iconic Tower is a new landmark in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt. The tower is set to become the tallest building in Africa, standing at a height of 385 meters. The tower is designed by the renowned architecture firm, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), and is being developed by the China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC).

The tower is set to be the centerpiece of the New Capital city, which is being built to alleviate congestion in Cairo and provide a new administrative hub for the country. The tower will be located in the heart of the city, surrounded by government buildings, commercial spaces, and residential areas.

The Central Iconic Tower will have 78 floors, with a total floor area of 345,000 square meters. The tower will feature a mix of uses, including office space, luxury apartments, a hotel, and observation decks. The tower will also have a sky garden on the 50th floor, which will provide a green space for residents and visitors.
