Modon Development, a leading real estate developer in Egypt, has announced the launch of the Central Iconic Tower, a new landmark project in the heart of the New Administrative Capital.

The Central Iconic Tower is a mixed-use development that will feature residential, commercial, and administrative units. The tower will be located in the Downtown area of the New Capital, which is set to become the new business and financial hub of Egypt.

The tower will have a total height of 200 meters and will consist of 48 floors. It will offer a total of 1,200 units, including apartments, offices, and retail spaces. The tower will also feature a five-star hotel with 200 rooms and a sky lounge on the top floor.

The Central Iconic Tower is designed by the renowned architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), which has designed some of the world's most iconic buildings, including the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and the One World Trade Center in New York.
