The Central Iconic Tower is one of the most impressive modern landmarks in the new administrative capital of Egypt. The tower is set to become the tallest building in Africa, standing at a height of 385 meters. It is expected to be a major attraction not only for residents but also for tourists visiting the country.

The Central Iconic Tower has been designed by world-renowned architects, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), and is being constructed by China State Construction Engineering Corporation. The tower is just one of a series of new icons being built in the New Capital. The aim of the New Capital is to create a modern, sustainable, and technologically advanced city.

The tower will consist of 77 floors and will contain luxury apartments, offices, a five-star hotel, as well as a viewing platform. The viewing platform will offer visitors breathtaking 360-degree views of the city and the surrounding desert. In addition to this, the tower will feature an iconic clock face on its exterior, which will measure 60 meters in diameter. It will be the largest clock face in the world, making a dramatic impression on visitors and further enhancing the skyline of the New Capital.

The Central Iconic Tower will also incorporate several sustainable features. A photovoltaic shading system will be installed to generate clean energy, and the tower will have a high-performance curtain wall to help regulate the energy consumption of the building. Additionally, the tower will use a high-efficiency HVAC system to minimize energy waste.

The tower is expected to be completed by the end of 2022, and it will be a symbol of Egypt's aspirations for the future. It will represent the country's capabilities to execute ambitious and large-scale projects, as well as demonstrate the fusion of modern and traditional architectural design. The Central Iconic Tower is set to become an emblem of the New Capital, a new era, and a symbol of progress for the whole country.
