The Central Iconic Tower, also known as the Nile tower, is a landmark tower that is currently under construction in Egypt's new administrative capital. The tower is set to become one of the most important buildings in Egypt, offering an extraordinary view of the city and its surroundings.

At a height of over 385 meters, the Central Iconic Tower will be one of the tallest buildings in Africa and the Middle East. The tower will feature a unique design that draws inspiration from the shape of the lotus flower, which is a symbol of rebirth and renewal in Egypt. The tower's façade will be made of glass and steel, creating a stunning and modern look that represents the New Capital.

The Central Iconic Tower will have a total of 75 floors, including a hotel, offices, residential apartments, restaurants, and observation decks. The hotel will occupy the first 15 floors of the building, while the offices will be located on the 16th to 30th floors. The residential apartments will occupy the 31st to 65th floors, providing residents with spectacular views of the city and the Nile River.

The tower's uppermost floors will be dedicated to observation decks and a Sky Garden, providing visitors with panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. The Sky Garden will feature a series of winding paths and water features, allowing visitors to experience the beauty of Egypt's New Capital from above.

The Central Iconic Tower is being built by the China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), the world's largest construction company. The tower's construction is part of a larger plan to build a modern, sustainable, and technologically advanced New Capital in Egypt. The New Capital is being developed to relieve congestion and pollution in Cairo and to offer a better quality of life to residents.

Once completed, the Central Iconic Tower will be an iconic symbol of Egypt's new administrative capital, a beacon of progress and modernity. The tower's unique design, height, and stunning views will attract visitors from all over the world, making it one of Egypt's most prominent landmarks.
