Cairo Festival City is a large mixed-use development located in New Cairo, Egypt. It is a one-stop destination for shopping, dining, entertainment and leisure activities. The project is a joint venture between Cairo Festival City Mall and the Egyptian General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI).

The project features a variety of retail outlets, restaurants, cafes, cinemas, a bowling alley, a water park, a spa, a health club, a hotel, an office complex, and residential apartments. The project also includes a large outdoor plaza and a 3.5 km promenade which will be lined with retail stores, restaurants, and cafes.

Cairo Festival City is expected to become one of the largest and most modern shopping and entertainment destinations in the region. The project is expected to create over 10,000 jobs and generate over $1 billion in economic activity.
