Tatweer Misr, a leading real estate developer in Egypt, has recently announced the launch of its latest project, Compound Bloomfields, located in Mostakbal City, a new urban development east of Cairo.

Compound Bloomfields is a residential project that spans over 415 acres, offering a range of housing options including apartments, duplexes, townhouses, and standalone villas. The project is designed to cater to the needs of different lifestyles and family sizes, with units ranging from 100 to 400 square meters.

The project is divided into four phases, with the first phase already completed and delivered to its residents. The second phase is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by 2023.

One of the unique features of Compound Bloomfields is its emphasis on green spaces and sustainability. The project is designed to be environmentally friendly, with over 50% of the total area dedicated to green spaces and parks. The project also features a central park that spans over 90,000 square meters, making it one of the largest parks in Cairo.

In addition to the green spaces, Compound Bloomfields offers a range of amenities and facilities for its residents, including a clubhouse, swimming pools, sports courts, and a commercial area with
