Banafseg New Cairo is an urban development located in Cairo, Egypt. It is situated in the heart of the 5th settlement of New Cairo, and is a part of the Greater Cairo region. The development will span over 23 million square meters and will feature residential, commercial, and tourist-related projects.

The project was announced in 2015, and is spearheaded by the private real estate company, Dar El-Handasa (translated as "house of architecture"). It is expected to cost upwards of $100 billion US dollars, with construction beginning in 2021.
