The developers must ensure that the project complies with all legal requirements, including obtaining permits and licenses for the construction and operation of the mall. They also have to make sure that the mall meets the necessary safety and environmental standards.

From a legal perspective, the developers must address any potential legal risks, such as disputes with contractors, suppliers, breaches of contracts, conflicts with neighboring properties or communities, and other related issues.
